Great range and excellent customer service.

I never been in here before and when I walked in, I expected it to be cramp and unshoppable, but instead it was very clean. They used up all the space and filled it from top to bottom and wall to wall with fun and interesting things for your pets! the prices were amazing as well as the selection. I do prefer to shop here and support local new york pet stores than online. Its because of petland I had gotten to see and feel the hamster cage that I saw on amazon, and because of this, I chose to purchase it from this location. The employees were busy at work and definitely not fooling around like some people say they are on other reviews. All in all, I loved the neighborhood feel and coziness of the store.

I've been there three times already for my aqua life project. This place is inexspensive for a spot in Manhattan I have to say. The staff is EXELLENT, they know what there doing and manage the little critters very well! All there fish tanks are amazinglly crystal clear and well organized, I've even asked how they keep it so clear mine is cloudy in two to three days. They don't do saltwater aquariums so you would have to look further uptown for that. The woman who works in the bird area takes care of them very well. She keeps the cages clean, and keeps them happy, plus she's very attractive! Overall this place is some what hidden but I would recommend it to everyone of all critters even if its for supplys!

Finding mice for my snake is always such a hassle. The two pet stores in Brooklyn that I know off that have live mice are really out of the way and inconvenient to get to. I was really happy to find this store today right by my subway stop for work. Very convenient for me now. Great competitive prices too (1.99 for a mouse compared to the big Petco chains). While in the store I also found treat my dog loves that I haven't seen in a store in a while. The staff was very friendly and informative about the health conditions of the mice and where they came from. This will be my new pet store of choice.
