Peters Shoe Repair

They repaired a pair of LK Bennet shoes with the heels badly skinned incredibly. I could not believe my eyes, all other shoe repair places deemed the pair beyond repair. And at a very reasonable price. This is the best shoe repair shop I found on UES so far. Kudos!

Inferior repair and shocking customer service. We went for a small repair and were overcharged by $25 from original quote. We inquired and were told that we misunderstood - we being 2 people negotiating price for 15 minutes. I can assure you, we did not misunderstand.

They are angry people who will do a substandard job (as they did on our shoes) and charge you unfairly.

Oh and the owner offered to destroy his work and give us a $10 refund of the $35 payment. Lovely.
