Overall the buses aren't bad, good wifi, generally ok people. HOWEVER, what year are we in? 2016.... That's right, the age where everyone is relying on their cell phone. To require a printed ticket in this day in age just goes to show you how out dated and behind the times these people are, it's absolute fuc*ing ridiculousness. I missed my bus because I somehow lost my ticket on the way to the bus, had to put $5 in an archaic computer, login to my email, and print the ticket, all to go back and find the bus left 1 minute earlier. Furious...

There are huge promotional ads throughout Port Authority Bus Station in New York declaring, "Peter Pan. Moving forward into the future. Way ahead of schedule."
What a joke. It took me hours to get to Springfield, MA, normally a 3.5 hour ride. It was pathetic.

Peter pan drivers are usually great! I pay a little extra just to take the bus instead of the train from Waterbury, CT to New York City for work. However, BEWARE COMMUTERS of the driver on the 8 p.m. departure from nyc to Hartford. He is the only driver that I have had an issue with. And there is CONSISTENTLY an issue! Peter pan has informed me that the problem will be dealt with and yet all week, the man has been taking passengers from the wrong gate, forcing passengers who have been waiting in line for hours to be taken on last if at all. Today he is late...AGAIN! and for a good to four weeks he would just sit in the bus and not board passengers until after the departure time. like not a few minutes after departure time...like 30-40-60 minutes after! Take the earlier bus if you can...this driver is THE WORST!!!!

I experienced the worst trip to Boston, I bought a ticket in the morning and the person or the lady that was at the counter was rude and very angry, this lady, wasn't friendly at all, ok after i got the tickets, I had to take the bus at 4:pm to NYC, and it was the same Lady, that made me waited until the last person to go inside the bus, then she told me that I had an attitude, and I said, listen YOU are not giving me a Ride, I'm paying for the tickets to go back to NY, and She doesn't care, she gave the ticket to the driver, and said, do whatever you want, really?? I'll never take this transportation to anywhere in USA... So Please Peter Pan, hired people who don't have attitude with the customer and have some Smile and good customer services!!

I've traveled by bus throughout the states on many lines (including a Chinatown bus or two) but never had an experience as terrible as trying to ride Peter Pan. That's right. Trying. I couldn't because they were out of drivers. That's right, folks, Peter Pan (cough, Greyhound... that was a shock too) is a bus line without drivers. That's like a hospital telling people they're fresh out of doctors. It's all you're supposed to do for crying out loud! I spoke with a manager at 4:30 am who confessed to me that they had been backed up since 3 pm the previous day. She couldn't even say if they'd have a single driver by 7 am. So they had known about this problem without fixing it or notifying customers (not so much as an announcement in the station) for over 12 hours. Were their dispatchers picking their noses for that long or did they attend the Michael Chertoff School of Crisis Management? Here's another gem: the lone driver who did show that morning apparently felt so threatened by the angry mob of people trying to get to DC, some of whom had waited without so much as a word of explanation from Peter Pan/Greyhound for three hours, that he decided to run a route direct to Richmond, VA that was running on time instead since that group of passengers was calmer. If Delta Air Lines let their pilots pick where to fly there'd be a heck of a lot of planes going to Tahiti and Vegas every day and no place else. In the future, I plan to avoid this bus line and its partner in crime Greyhound like a laxative chili dog. Oh yeah, the kicker: took me 45 minutes to get a refund with two people in line ahead of me. If you want to learn how not to manage a bus line and deal with delays, look no further than this pathetic excuse for a company. If zero stars were an option, you'd get it Peter Pan. Love and Kisses, one of the 60 some ticketed, paying passengers you screwed over this morning.
