Pete's Golf Shop

Pete fitted me with new irons and a new three wood. I am a 13 index and just shot an 86 today at Tallgrass. Could have been 79 but still need to work on my putting.
Irons were spot on and are performing as indicated by Pete when I got fitted. I also hit some of the best three woods ever. Dale Spina a teaching pro played along side me today and he said that Pete did a great job of getting me into the right clubs.

I originally was going for a fitting at my club in Suffolk but after speaking to a good buddy of mine (scratch golfer) he suggested that I get fitted at Pete's which I did two weeks ago. I can tell you it was without a doubt a very good suggestion. Pete himself spent nearly 2 hours with me having me first hit my clubs then going in and out of the studio to build various clubs for me to try that would improve all aspects of the ball movement. I was amazed as to the technology which shows a dozen or so statistics of the ball movement. , distance, spin, trajectory, etc... at the end we had both agreed on a grip, shaft and club heads that proved to improve many aspects of the balls flight. You might pay a couple hundred more than at some golf chain store, but given the time they spend and the knowledge they employ, it is money well spent.
