Hermit crab cage as well as other habitats are infested with roaches. Do not buy any boxed items unless you want to bring roaches home with you as well.

Went to check the leopard geckos out and what I saw disgusted me can't believe how skinny they were it looks like they haven't fed them in months... can't believe they would sell an animal that is at the brink of death

We just got a puppy and they have been very helpful. The store clerk even told us to buy a cheaper item because it was better ( she was right) and to not buy another item because it was a waste of money (puppy pad training spray) very friendly and well organized. I was impressed

Actually, the stores are run very well, and I always receive consistent, friendly customer service at my store, #.1781at 500 East Sandford Blvd, Mt.Vernon, NY 10550. I buy my specialty dog food, and get my dog groomed there regularly, and plan to do so in the future.Also, they have a very engaged relationship with the surrounding communities, like offering deeply discounted immunization shots.
