Staff are always fairly helpful for a chain. They carry anything you could possibly imagine for your pet.

Great selection at discounted prices, with helpful friendly staff. Alice and Rod (both are dog trainers) are especially knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help customers.

Caring and helpful staff. helped us pick out hermit crabs and guinea pig. Very knowledgeable about products to buy for pets. My go to place for all our pets needs.
