Petco Animal Supplies

Everyone is very nice and I like it because it's small and easier to find what I need . I always get wellness dog food for my pups and they always have deals and I use my petco rewards to redeem my cash rewards !

Store seems disorganized and a little one expensive side

Very small and cramped up. Employees seem like they don't want to be there.

Honestly, I'm not sure what to say about it, but it really is expensive. I always figured that Petco in Clifton was a little odd. Huh, no wonder our cat food and dog food is expensive! Plus, I would often see dog hair near the grooming part, and I would hear a ton of unhappy barking near the training. But, the one in Totowa, really great. The people were friendly, the cashier helped us find what we need. (Even though we didn't find it, she pointed out other Petcos and Pet Smarts that might have dental treats. Clifton was NOT on that list of her's!) My dog, of course, was scared of being groomed, but you know, dogs aren't like us. Another Petco I like is the one in West Orange. It was where I got my beloved cat, and the staff was also friendly and kind towards the stray cats. In fact, there's a Panera Bread nearby. So as I first met my cat, I noticed the man who was handling him (and also giving him away to us!) was feeding him a cinnamon roll. And he ate it all up! So cute! If you all have a problem about the Clifton one, go to the other two ones I mentioned or search up more locations with good or great reviews about it. Hope I helped! ;D

I signed up my puppy for training. I purchased both packages. The trainer seemed nice but then everything changed when I tried to get a refund for the second class that I purchased. I went to the second session which where another 6 weeks and he was basically teaching the same thing and he said if I was there for reinforcement. I can't believe petco advertises two different packages if they are both the same. They didn't give me any refund becuase I needed my receipt even though I had the paper signed for the class. On top of that everything on the store is really expensive I am definitely not coming back to this place again
