They do not follow direction AT ALL. I specifically asked them to trim 1", leaving him in a traditional Yorkie cut. My dog only had 1" left all over. They simply cannot follow direction. It will now take MONTHS for his coat to grow back in (and his coat was FABULOUS). My vet ( who recommended them) has been called with my bad review, and I am now searching for a groomer who knows how to take instructions and is familiar with Yorkie cuts. Fortunately, I have a dog with an adorable face. The owner is ridiculously brusque. NEVER AGAIN!
