I got my two dogs groomed here for the first and the last time--
one of them came back w/ what the groomer referred to as a " little nip"
which I thought was an exterior cut on the skin.
Came home to find out that the "little nip" had cut through entire layer of the thick skin, that a puncture about an inch long is showing her inner flesh.
I took it upto the owner to resolve this matter by reimbursing medical bill for getting sutures, but the pet store owner would rather wait until he confronts his employee(groomer) 2 days from now, to wait and find out "her side of the story"
when she comes in for work. Does she not have a phone?
I guess my dog(their customer) in pain does not mean much for them.
Hmm.... rather an unapologetic and unprofessional response to a pretty bad mistake the store should be responsible for.
