As anyone that comes to this junction, of losing a family companion and not knowing what to do, rest assured, if you come to this establishment you will surely feel better afterwards. I had my 12yr old pup pass away and called and they picked her up and a week later I brought her home... I felt she was handled with special care from beginning to end and I was extremely satisfied.

Losing a beloved pet is the worst feeling ever. I lost my nine year old dog Oreo, due to kidney failure. She was basically my daughter & I was devastated. The whole day was horrible until i got here. The staff at All City Pet Cremation were so warm and caring in such a professional manner and the location and setting was peaceful. They were knowledgable and dependable and upon leaving, the loss didnt hurt so much because i knew she was in the best care possible now.The alternative was leaving her at the aspca where she would have been forgotten and the thought was unimaginable. Thank You so much for making an expierence that should have been the hardest thing ive had to do yet; as peaceful and loving as it was. Thanks you so very much Joey,

Honestly, I loved how they handled the care of my pet cat (Gidget). Uhm, they were careful, considerate and I feel like they treated my cat as someone, not just a pet. When I called them, the guy I spoke with was very helpful and resourceful. He didn't seem like he was just thinking of $$, he was accommodating and considerate under the circumstances. When I had to pick her ashes from them, I was extremely satisfied as to how they presented her to me. I really feel like she went to a better place and was handled with care. I will bring my doggie here, of course, when the time comes.
