Personal Training Studio

I have been going to the Personal Training Studio for over ten years. During these years, I have had several trainers, all professional, courteous and helpful in achieving my goals. The gym is clean, well lit with equipment that is always kept in good working condition. The owner, Jeff, is always willing to help you with any question you may have. He was my trainer for about five years and he takes pride in making sure that all his customers are happy and satisfied. My trainer now is Sue who is fantastic, taking into consideration whatever problem areas I may have, and has kept me in great shape. I love going to this gym. Everyone receives truly personal service by a trainer who really cares about you.

Its been a great experience at the studio. I was matched up with a personal trainer that is very experienced and knowledgeable of all kinds of fitnesss levels.

The staff is great. They listen to you and assist you with reaching your goals. The gym is never packed as it is set up for clients to work with their trainers. I would highly recommend this place. Jeff Griggs great owner and Jeff Venturi one of the best trainers in the business.
