I have also purchased the groupon and have been trying to make an appointment........no return phone calls and the number on the Groupon is being transferred to another number.......left messages, no reply! Getting my money back from Groupon, I hope. This stinks, why did they sign up in the first place if they were not going to honor this? Not good PR. Will absolutely cancel if I do ever receive a call. Not likely from looking at the other review concerning Groupon.

Had my lips done with Natalya and I so happy with the result!!!! I love the natural look of it and the color was chosen perfectly! I am getting so many compliments. Highly recommend Natalya to everybody!

I went in on 7/18/2014 my eyes brows tattoo are scabbing now and healing well .I have one free touch up with her/ Natalia was awesome she was so relaxing made jokes in the process I felt like I was with a family member . She guide me step by step . I never once felt worried or scared she did and awesome job .

My experience was a short one thank God!!! I made an appointment with Natalya for permanent eyeliner on both upper and lower lids three weeks ago. She gave me the price of 500.00 dollars. I first became a little suspicious when I asked her how do I pay? Check, credit card, or cash? She stated she would prefer cash, but that if I had to pay with a credit card, she would have to add 2% tax. It's the way she responded that didn't sit well with me. Then I had a friend approach me about getting a good deal for permanent eyeliner on Groupon. I found a great deal!! Groupon was offering permanent eyeliner upper and lower lids with no other than Natalya for 279.00 dollars. I purchased the voucher and called her to tell her that I had purchased the voucher from Groupon and was using it on the day of my appointment. Well, mentioning Groupon to Natalya was like saying "food stamps", she immediately said she would have to cancel my appotintment (that I had been waiting for 3 weeks) due to the fact that she doesn't make any earnings on Groupon vouchers. She also stated " cancel the voucher and I will give you the same price" (Why didn't she give me that price to begin with?). To make a long story short, Natalya canceled my appointment even though I did cancel my order with Groupon and filled my appointment time with someone else. I was so disappointed!!!!! I waited for this appointment for 3 weeks and was looking forward to getting this done. Very, very shady will tell everyone my experience!!!

I just got my eyebrows done a few days ago and the results are amazing!!! It looks totally natural! Her technique is great. After you go for a free consultation, she will guide you on what will look best for your facial type. I'm pretty happy with my eyebrows now.
