My experience at Permanent Cosmetics by Ann D was wonderful ! There was no wait & right away Ann addressed me as I approached her office door. Her demeanor was warm & inviting. She made feel comfortable & super excited to get started. Ann was very down to earth & friendly throughout the entire visit and procedure. Not only is she a professional, she also very artistic. I am looking forward to my next visit with her. I love my new eyebrows. I'm also considering having my eyelids done as well. I definitely recommend Ann D, as she was referred to me and I am more than happy with the results. Thank you Ann. ;)
