I cant say anything bad about Dr. Wagenberg and his staff; from the initial interview they were very helpful and transparent about the procedure, the cost, the time to complete the procedure and expectations. Tammy and the girls at the front desk ensure that your medical insurance is billed accurately and timely to prevent any delays.
They work out a payment plan if you need one as insurance usually covers a fraction of the total cost. They always treat you like family and they go out they way to ensure you are at easy with the process and taken care.
They provide you with specific written instructions before and after the procedure. The nurses/dental technicians are awesome. They answer any questions you might have and ensure you are pain free and safe during the procedure. I was uneasy and skeptical a week after the procedure. I called the office, they have me come in right of way and check my stitches and healing. It turned out that everything was okay but I was very impressed with their safety and customer oriented approach.
