Steven Burnette is awesome and one of the best laptop repair person who have ever repair my laptops. He is very reasonable and is willing to work with you. I took my laptops to Bestbuy and they told me I had to pay $70.00 just to find out what was wrong with it and repair it or not and I had to pay whatever it would cost to fix it depending what is wrong with it and it could cost hundreds of dollars. Another repair shop charge $75.00 mininium. Steven charge $50.00 or $75.00 depending on what needs to be done. If you don't have a way to take the laptop to him he will pick them up and drop them off free of charge. How many repair shops will do that? Steven is a great and awesome guy who want to work with and put his customers first. I rate him above 5 stars because he repair an 12 years old Dell laptop back to its original setting that BestBuy told me to throw away because it were too old and not worth repairing. My computer is running much faster now! I had a very slow running laptop which was running pretty fast for the first few months since I purchased it. It was sick of waiting 10 minutes for my computer to boot. It would take another couple of minutes for my browser to open. When I would type a search term in my browser it would take a little under a minute before the characters would show up on the screen. When I searched for nearby computer repair shops, PerfeTech stood out. Not only that but I didn't feel like waiting another 5 minutes to search for another business. I called and I was told that my problem would be fixed within one day. Steve is a really nice guy and he made my computer run 2 times faster than it did when I purchased it. He also showed me what was causing the problem and how I could prevent it. Thanks Steve!

This is a very friendly and reliable home based business. One big plus was the fact that I didn't have any problems parking like when I would have to park in those crowded parking lots at famous computer and electronics stores. The owner gave me his undivided attention and made sure that he understood what issues I was having with my computer. This was another advantage over those big computer/electronic stores. My computer issue was a blue screen full of error messages when booting my PC. Steve not only got rid of the blue screen problem, but he also informed me of freeware which would prevent it from occurring again. He also noticed my Antivirus software was outdated and he provided me with a free option to keep my PC virus free. I love this business and I will continue to bring all of my computer problems to Steve.
