Hated it is right! They messed up my eyebrows, even after I gave them specific directions. Then when I told her she threaded half of my eyebrow off and I was not satisfied, she blamed it on me for not specifying. So make sure if you do decide to visit this terrible place, you specify everything you DO NOT want done, otherwise you might walk out of there with no eyebrows at all. I expected an apology or some sort of sympathy but she decided to blame it on me??? That's disgusting. Anyone who gets their eyebrows threaded knows that a clean up does not mean to change the shape. This place is cheap for a reason. STAY AWAY!
