I'm sorry but this place has lost its respect and the owner is full of himself. Workers aren't nice anymore, either. Don't bother going here. The guys that do the oil change aren't aware of what oil should and needs to go in the car and the machine cleaners don't work as good as others.

I have been a customer of Perfect Shine for many years; however, my last few experiences have caused me to rethink my loyalty. In the past, I had used the facility for oil changes and car washes. I have always gotten the platinum wash. The quality of service has declined markedly during the past year and many of the extra services included in the platinum services were not provided, or required me to remind the staff to perform the services. Of a more egregious nature is the oil service reminder. My car is a Mercedes E350 and uses full synthetic oil. An oil change runs about $100. They recommended changing the oil each 3,000 miles. I asked the service attendant about this and he stated that this is the recommended interval for my car. I know that the service interval is 13,000 miles using full synthetic, so that was the last straw. I would advise others to be VERY wary of using Perfect Shine!

Im a regular customer oil change and car wash. I got my truck washed the other day and my magnet softball got blown off the rear tail gate by the rinser. I saw it on the floor and told the girl at the desk, she said we claen up when the day ends. She took my number said she would call. She never called, so i went back the next morning they new nothing about it and said it proubly went down the drain, What bull shit

I've been going here for years and years and have always had a great experience. Courteous staff, expert oil change, they keep track of when you need filters changed, recommend needed maintenance etc. My car is always running well and I thank them for their diligence.

Had been a customer for many years and washes were generally better than other places in the area. I recently went there on a Saturday and had the platinum wash done. After the wash went to the Fairway to pick up a few items and when I looked in the car my drivers floor mat was missing. I went back to the car wash to let them know and this was not even an hour later. A young man and older worker looked all around and couldn't find it and took my name and all info. My car is an Audi A8 and 1 year old. I did not hear from anyone and then called on Monday and was told the manager would get back. To make the story short I called 4 times and no one ever called back. Quite rude.
I called today 7/22/14 and spoke to a young man who was nice but said his manager would not make good on this. This manager/owner is such a poor businessperson by not responding to call back, make good on a $70 or so mat to keep a good customer. The worst part is that he does not even have the b---s to speak to me and made this young person do all the talking.
Thank goodness this is only a small cost item, imagine if the did any major damage to your car. Good luck.
Steer clear of this place.
