Had a great experience at perfect pawn the Kearny location great service and very knowledgeable about items in store and that I was trying to sell. Selling process was easy and rates were great the manager Leo was also very helpful and it was a pleasure doing business with them. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible customer service one person stared to assist me and then left me for another customer thay walked in letting me with another person the price was horrible for new condition products and also after; the 2 person assisting told me a price after i agree the first person come and takes the 2 guy to the back when he comes back after we agree he told me he can only put the price down breaking the agreement we had he told me he can't stan by he's offer dont even give me a explanation goes to the back making me feel horrible with out a explanation do not recoment to any one to come to this place horrible horrible HOORRRIIIBLLLEE SERVICES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could put no stars I would I walked in to sell some watches (movado dkny ect.) as well as two pandora charms the guys at the counter barely glanced at my stuff and declared them all fake I've purchased the pandora charms myself from Jared and the pandora store so impossible as far as the watches they were gifts from friends and family so maybe who knows but they proceeded to angrily tell me to take my "garbage" elsewhere mind you I was not arguing with them just simply stated that I knew for a fact the charms were real because of where they were purchased from. The other guy behind the counter proceed to break the face off of one of my watches to prove it was fake I'm sorry you take a sharp object to the face of any watch I'm sure you could pop it off but there was no reason to do so to my stuff because I literally was not arguing. I would recommend to anyone to avoid this place

Perfect pawn ! What a great place! They are friendly knowledgeable and fair. Also, they take many products that most other pawn shops don't! Love me and highly recommend doing business with them.
