Very nice and honest people. I went to get oil changed and they told me about the coupons available. Professional and know what they are doing, and did not try to find things wrong with my car.

I went to Pep boys to get my tires balanced over the weekend, and I just wanted to share how amazing their team was. The customer service was outstanding, from the manager to the guys working on my car! As a woman and being I don't know much about cars, I feel as if when going to get my car worked on, places will always find something 'wrong' with my car. At this location, I felt they were genuine in helping make sure my car was good and didn't try to play me out of my pockets. Thank you guys!!! -Sarah Dugan
