My initial review was based on one interaction with this location, which happened to not be a good one. However, I have to say that I am very impressed at the quick response from Pep Boys. They reached out to me and after sharing our experience with them, they contacted the location and within a few hours I received a phone call from the manager. He apologized and made the situation right. We all have a bad day now and then and next time I will extend a little grace before reacting with a bad review. Glad to know their customers matter that much to them. Definitely going back for future services.

Just needed my tire plugged. Guy on phone couldnt help me. Said he was all booked could do it tomm. Great tire place NOT!

went in with a check engine light and got out with the true diagnosis & service. No cheating , Great & Professsional service. David and Chris give you the truth and are considerate. They help you with coupons too if you dont have them :-)

Went in with a check engine light. Guys are very helpful and friendly. Gives you free advise on how to solve small issues yourself.

First time going to pepboys, service manager went above and beyond to get the parts for my car, when I went to pick up my car, Everything was done and ready. He also explained to me indetail about the work that was done and even showed me a couple of immediate repairs needed that I would never have known. They didnt make me get anything that I didnt want to.
Profesional service, great attitude, great deals. Already, went back to have my tires replaced.
