Always have had a great experience. Ask for either one of the gentleman thier named Nick. I am always taken care of..I trust them with my Mercedes Benz and it runs like a top. I will always go to Pep Boys!

A few months ago I dropped my car off on Friday and left it all of Saturday and when I picked up my car I started it to only find out THEY DIDN'T PUT OIL IN!!!! They offered a free oil change but I'm never going back there. I went today to check my oil and the dipstick is broken. I don't even know how something like that would happen so I can only imagine it was intentional. The loop you'd pull was snapped off and the plastic casing is crooked so I won't even be able to get to it with pliers without taking off the casing. I didn't complain about the no oil thing a few months ago because I figured the free oil change would be all I'd be offered but there is no way I am ever going to that place again. My car could die at the entrance to it and I'd rather push it myself to a different place than let them touch my car.

Brought van in for an oil change. Was told there would be a little bit of a wait, an hour... No problem. I asked, "will it be an hour til it gets in, or an hour until its done?" Service writer says, "no it shouldn't take an hour to get in." I walked across the street and walked around shop rite and returned to pep boys after 1h 45m. They still had not brought the van into the garage. I took my keys and left. No apology from the service writer.

Always get car work done here. Quality is always good. Bit expensive but worth not having to worry about shoddy work.

Manager called me after seeing this review and handled the situation perfectly. Offered a free oil change and apologized for my bad experience. It is nice to see that the business cares about customer satisfaction. I would come back to this pep boys because of the way the situation was handled

Signed up for an oil change online where it said weekday special for 19.99. I waited about an hour and when it was time to pay the worker said it was 40 dollars. When I explained the discount the guy chuckled in my face and said he "could not control what the website said." They couldn't have given me a break and added the coupon? It said it would be 20 dollars online and I ended up spending 40. Because of this experience I will not be continuing to bring business here and I advise that you hire workers who will respect there customers instead of dismissing them like they have never heard of the deal.
