Great service, reasonable service charges. Had a flat fixed, no issues, timely turn around (I arrived 15min before closing, picked up first thing in morning).

Have gone here many times and not once had a problem. Ricky the service manger and his assistant Jasson are very helpful. And the guys in the back that has worked on my car does great work. Not once had an issue with anything. 100% recommend this pepboys

The reps, the mechanics & Ricky the manager are extremely professional. Would recommend it without a second thought. My only complain was that appointments are given and your car is sitting there for a long while before it's actually looked at. Please schedule appts so that the cars are looked at on time.

I don't think they know what they are doing. I came here to get my left front tire fixed on my 2013 Dodge durango. I know something is wrong on my tire since i keep putting air in it so I decided to bring it to them. They said there is nothing wrong and they just put air in it. I was surprised but I paid 10bucks for the service. After 2 days the tire got flat again so I brought it back and they said there is nothing wrong again and they put air in it. Again, the tire got low in pressure and I can't believe how they can say there is nothing wrong when it keeps deflating. I'm coming back for the third time and hopefully they would get it fixed. I don't even think they check my tire thoroughly. So disappointing.

The service sucks. They usually have a long line at the service desk and you have to wait 20 minutes on line just to simply talk to these people. They are super slow. They see that people are online and yet there's only 2 people on the desk. Worst service ever. Do not go
