Pep Boys

I went there to get by rotors and pad replaced along with Oil Change I started facing issues with my brakes after couple months, considering I had warranty on the rotors and it was not long enough since I have got the brakes done. I went there couple of times due to squeaky noise i could hear when applying brakes and feel the vibration. After giving the car for the third time, and left there for 3-4 days to work on. I still faced the same issue and spent $700+ again to replace the parts and labor at a local Mechanic shop.

Don't bother to make your appointment on pep boys website because the store seems to have its own appt schedule. I booked an appointment which was confirmed by email only to get a call from the store apparantly reminding me my appointment was going to be at 7PM and not my scheduled time. 7PM is the listed closing time so how does that work out? then I get an reschedule email telling me "sorry you couldn't make it to your appointment." Really? the email should say "sorry we cancelled your appointment" because we don't accept online appointments. I called after booking the appointment as well, and they still tried to make up a story that there was another appointment already booked for my time. reschedule with pep boys? not unless you want to waste time off and not get anything done.

The women who works at the front desk is rude. I was berated because how dare I book an appointment online without her permission or knowledge. I witnessed other customers who came in after me the treated the same way. I know working with the public is no picnic, but there was no excuse for her behavior toward customers.

Not a good place, worst experience, these boys introduced problems in car. Gave a car 3 times in one week period still see issues!! Front office staff is rude and full of irresponsible responses!! I would say dont go near this shop!!
