I have moved several times in my life and Penske is by far the worse truck rental on earth. They promised me furniture pads and I never got them, the store was closed by the time I went back to get them. The girl behind the counter is way to busy to give customer service, and the manager that I was dealing with was immature and cocky. DONT USE PENSKE. THEY ARE A HORRIBLE COMPANY. They don't keep their word. Some of my furniture was ruined because I did not get the furniture pads. If Had known they didn't have them I could have been prepared with something else.
