Penske Truck Rental

I have a moving company and needed to borrow a 26' truck and they offered the best deal.
I was sent to this location last minute because the location I reserved they claimed the previous customer did not return the truck in time for me to use.
Anyways, I rented from there. When I was drone and fueled the truck to the point where the fuel was spilling out before I returned it after hours. When they processed and billed me they claimed that they had to refuel the vehicle $80 worth of diesel! I tried to contest that but did not have receipt to prove. Just sharing. I thought it was strange that they billed me for fuel I replaced. Maybe fuel got psyfoned overnight or they made a mistake, who knows. Just watch out incase it happens again.

I went to this location this morning 10-26-15 I booked a 24ft truck on Saturday hoping to pick up this morning, the front desk guy Joe asked for my driver license I gave it to him then he says it's a not CDL and he can't give me a truck also going on to say that I should have mentioned this to Josh the guy I spoke to on Saturday. I wasn't aware that Penske only caters to CDL driver as this is a national rental company so in this case Josh being the person that's doing a booking should of ask the question " do you have a CDL" then Joe didn't make any attempt to locate a non Cdl truck for me in anyway kept saying if you don't have a CDL I can't help you that's poor customer service or no customer service at all I am very disappointed that i had to drive all the way from Brooklyn to Queens to not get what I booked, seeing that this was the only location that had 24ft trucks.
