Penske Truck Rental

Rented a truck for 7 am wasn't here til 10. Gave me a 20% discount but this will cost me more than that in moving costs lost. Guy in front of me in line got a discount for something too. This place doesn't have it's stuff together. Unreliable.

BEWARE All Customers. I recently (AUG 2010) rented a Truck from Penske at this location.During the payment transaction i attempted to pay with a credit card of mine and was informed by the Penske employee that the card was no good.I knew this information to be false as the balance available on the card more than covered the cost.I was forced to use a different card to complete the transaction as the employee kept telling me the first card was being rejected.
To this date, BOTH cards have been used fraudulently in Brooklyn.I have been forced to cancel BOTH cards.One card was even used at McDonald's less then2 blocks away!! The guy working here is a criminal(He is working at Penske and driving a mazeratti for gods sake!)DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD AT THIS LOCATION.
