- Excellent #136396

We traveled via Penn Station first time many years. Well organized. Amtrak employees all over to assist and willing to assist and smiles on their faces all the time. The military and police both assisted and smiled as well. I appreciate the military, the police for being there, with the tough job they have they smiled when approached and were friendly. Kudos to them. Stay safe.
