ONE STOP SHOPPING, Came into PEMCO SUPPLY at the recommendation of a plumbing supply store
In the area. I needed a knob for my caloric stove, while there I saw a fan I liked for my father, he hates the air conditioning and I took a chance and asked for vacuum belt for my ureaka vacuum got that too. The person at the counter who took care of me even brought the fan out to my car. PEMCO SUPPLY WOWED ME.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE .needed a belt for my washing machine, called around no one seemed to have it didnt know getting a belt would be so difficult. i asked my handyman where to go and told me about pemco supply. i went to pemco supply gave my model number and i got my belt. time to wash clothes. i will be back my stove is not so hot

Called Pemco Appliance Supply after coming home from work to find out no dinner because the ovens not working. My wife is always calling the repair man for everything. This time I was determined to fix it myself and save some money. I called and spoke to the guy who answered the phone. I asked him for help, he asked if he could call me back and actually did. He asked for the model number so he can look up my oven. He walked me through some steps to determine it was the igniter. Luckily Pemco had it in stock. With his instructions I fixed the stove. Hopefully my wife learned from this experience. Great customer service.

STAY AWAY!! RIP OFF/SCAM ARTIST!! I went in to get a range hood motor. I brought the old one with me for him to see. He gave me the completely wrong motor. When I realized it was the wrong one, I did some research online and found that he overcharged me by $150. I could have bought the same motor for $50 online. I never used the motor, or installed it (it wouldnt fit in the spot I needed), nor did I open the box. He refused to give me my money back and offered me a "store credit". Who in their right mind would go back there after getting ripped off like that? It came down to I left the motor there and challenged it with my credit card company, which I wound up getting my money back. But what a nightmare. STAY AWAY!!
