- Excellent #78102

Super friendly staff! Very Knowledgeable! Always has fun new products in the shop!
Grooming. I have taken my dog here for years!! Staff is always friendly, I went to petco one time to save a little bit of money and had my poor dogs hair ruined she looked horrible! So i'm willing to pay a little extra, the groomer does excellent work.

- Terrible #78103

The groomer name Jessica hurt my dog badly and when was confronted she became hostile and improper. I should have known better. Every time I saw her, she was very short with customers, having an upset face, reminding everyone that she is really busy. It has never occurred to me that for the high price she charges, she should at least smile and pay attention to the customer. Now my puppy is hurt. My mistake! I should have never trusted my little dog with her.
