BEWARE of who you rent from. I got my apartment from this real estate agency and come to find out they rent from the same landlord and she gives them a break. Sort of like "I scratch your back, you scratch mine". However, she's a HORRIBLE landlord that doesn't follow her obligations to her tenants so BEWARE when using this agency, you never know who'll they'll stick you with, or who else's back they're scratching to catch a break.
