I moved a year ago. The food then was delicious. This is second time going back since coming back to the area and the food was not so good. The chicken was hard....to hard to chew. I ended up throwing it away.
Last time going...so sad because the food use to be yummy.

On the up side. The food was good, freshly made and made exactly the way I wanted.
On the down side. It felt like a fast food restaurant (think McDonalds). The tables were sticky, it was very loud and that included the background music, the men's room was disgusting. It takes 20 minutes to get your food. That's because it's made for you.
Dinner was $20+ for two of us.
I'm not a big fan of these alternative fast food restaurants except for Panera Bread. In my opinion they do everything right.

Terrible customer service ! !
I had a restaurant for 20 years and these people don't care about customer service
My Mom had to eat alone 20 minutes after me , this is the second time in 1 month it happens.
The waiters are very rude. Please hire better people because the food is good.
