I have used Dr. Lazar for many many years. he is an amazing, thoughtful, caring doctor always putting parents and children at ease. Unfortunately you can't always say the same for all of his staff. Calling the office for a simple request to have copy of immunizations faxed and having an extremely unfriendly rude assistant answering the phone with an immediate attitude and then just a loud hang up with no good bye is to me an unacceptable situation and knowing the type of person Dr. Lazar is I can't imagine that being an acceptable way for someone to assist his patients.
