I have been bringing my kids here for 14 years!
They are great.
Waiting room is large.
Wait times seemed long.....but they always do.
They take most insurances.
Courtesy call for appointment reminders is very helpful.

I have never waited fewer than 45 minutes to see a doctor at this practice. Most recently, I waited over an hour for the doctor, and then had to wait another twenty minutes for the nurse to arrive with immunizations for my 4 month old. On multiple occasions, I've been standing at the counter while the office clerks are snickering about the way a mother is handling their child in the waiting room, or complaining about a parent that they just got off of the phone with. Thankfully, pediatricians are plentiful in this area - I'm sure I can find one that respects their clients' time and acts in a more respectful manner in behind the counter.

I called them to try and set up an appointment for my daughters due to their current pediatrician retiring and the receptionist that answered the phone was very brief, unfriendly and I think she was having lunch at that time as she was loudly chewing in my ear. She offered no assistance. Everytime I asked her a question she only answered yes or no. When I told her I want to make an appointment she said "for what?" I told her for my 6 month old daughter and her reply was "what do you want us to do with her?" I will not bring my kids to the office that is so unprofessional. Staff need to learn some phone etiquette and communication skills.

highly recommended. Very attentive. They a very knowledgable.
