We transferred from another state to Bergen County. My 19 mo old daughter has a gtube since she was 4 mo old. She was due for a follow up in March. when I called to make an appt in Feb they said they didn't have any appts until June. Then I get a call in April saying they had to cancel our appt and move it to end of Juky with no reason for cancellation. My daughters gtube broke and needed to be replaced. I called seeking an emergency outpatient visit looking for an open spot from a cancellation. They called me at 7:30pm saying they had an appt for the next day but since I wasn't answering the phone (I'm a single mom and was putting my daughter to bed for the night at that time) they gave away the appt to someone else and that the office was now closed so I couldn't call back. I went to the office the next morning because my daughter couldn't go without a feeding tube and they REFUSED to see us. We had to go to the ER for a SIMPLE procedure that could have been done in the office. We found another doctor that is amazing! DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!!! I am not the only parent who feels this way either! I'm just the one to speak up!
Warning you now! They don't even deserve even one star!
HORRIBLE Office staff!! HORRIBLE etiquette!! NEVER GOING TO DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN!
