Pediatric Associates

They seem to switch doctors a lot these days and never seem to get co-pays right. I argued, but finally decided it wasn't worth the extra $5 to get into with a nasty clerk. The staff isn't very people oriented. Looking around for a new one now, but stuck for the moment.

We have been going to this practice for about 4 yrs now. I'm not sure why we waited so long to leave. Every time we visit we have an outrageous bill, despite having a wonderful insurance plan and super-healthy kids. Every time we asked for explanation of charges we got the runaround and even received very nasty treatment and sassy attitudes. When we suggested to bring it to the attention of the owner of the practice, Dr. Winkler, the staff blatantly informed us he would not even bother to call us back. They charge for immunization records, for copy of your children's records, for anything you may need access to! It's outrageous, and the staff, particularly Annie, is unfriendly and uncaring. Please don't ever get involved with this practice, no one cares and all they really want is to overcharge you and your insurance company. I'm disgusted with their practice, the way they rush you out, and the lack of concern for my children.
Would never, ever go back to this business.
