Pearle Vision

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. I made an appointment online for 2 pm on a Thursday, and I was there until 5 pm. Apparently there is no need to make an appointment, because anyone that just walks in before you is automatically in front of you. Since I booked an appointment prior to coming in I feel as though I should have been top priority. I bought new glasses (250 dollars with lenses- the glasses aren't any cheaper than $100!) and wanted to get contact lenses- I didn't even get my prescription! I have to ask them to fax it to BJ's so I can get them cheaper. Horrible horrible place. The employees kept saying how sorry they were- If they felt so sorry I should have gotten a discount! I will never go back- there is nothing "Express" about this place!!!

They have been wonderful every experience. I do need to clarify information when placing contact refill orders by phone but they are always gracious and accommodating to rectify errors.
