Horrible experience, had to wait for more than 1 hour with an appointment, before I could see see the doctor. Front reception folks are RUDE and they should learn to better schedule appointments and not over book. Stay away from this place.

Horrible experience! - doctor's office receptionist and nurses and whoever was at the front desk were so rude and disrespectful! - I got my eye exam and decided to buy the actual contact lenses somewhere else, just because the way I was treated there. Will not go back! Over the phone and in person experience.

I went to Pearle Vision for a routine eye exam and was seen by Dr. Grace Kim. I was surprised and offended by her curt commands and responses which went way beyond routine to the point of being rude. I would not think twice about bored and desultory directions from an examiner but her manner was so nasty it has stayed on my mind several days later, prompting me to write a negative review. Her competence remains to be proven as I have not yet obtained lenses with the prescription she gave me but I would not go back if only because of her attitude.
