As someone who worked here I saw first hand how poorly managed and flat out dishonest the managment and staff was to customer and even their own employees. As an example I can tell you that they would up sell customers to crizal lens when they would in fact NEVER put these type of lenses in the patients frames. This is just one example of basically a criminal act or at the least misleadig customers.Poorly managed, dishonesty, and flat out robbing most patients. Please do yourself a favor and dont waste your time and money here.

Pearl Vision of Springfield is a death trap hell hole. The staff is unknowledgeable and extremely unprofessional. I would never return or recommend this office or any office Dr. Nissinoff owns. He is a POS. The office has a mold issue they keep quite while it contaminates the air you breather while getting an exam or shopping for glasses. Additonally, this office is engaged in several ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES, such as direct violations of HIPPA.

It is only a matter of time until they close their door.

My eyeglasses needed repairing. I went into the Springfield Pearle Vision where I purchased my Oakleys about a year ago. I noticed the store looked a lot different and all the staff seemed new. They mentioned that they were under new management as they repaired my Oakley frames for free. The staff was very assertive and knowledgeable. They even gave me a tour of the newly renovated frame cases. I will definitely be back there for my Rx sunglasses before the summer starts. I also noticed that their eye exam side was new as well. If anyone needs an eye exam this place was very clean and had a few Doctors on staff.

Five stars all around with the "killer" :-) of total turn key service. A couple of weeks ago I broke my glasses. I got lucky with Pearl. They could fit me in (early evening) for a total eye exam. The exam has the best equipment. They're computerized system let me track how my eyes were against the baseline I had with them 3 years ago.. The optometrist (a Dr. Kim) was highly knowledgeable. Then they had a specialist who just did a few specialized parts of the exam.

That same evening I ordered my glasses. They came in a week later as promised. After a few days I noticed the eye pads needed an adjustment. I remembered that in their follow-up call (asking if I was happy with their service) they had said adjustments were free. I just got back from my adjustment. It was indeed free and the nose pad fits just fine.

Now I suppose I could want slightly cheaper glasses. But the prices still aren't bad. The on-site turnkey service is totally worth it. Besides that, the eye exam was a good price.
