They are great! Very friendly, professional and make sure you get the best price for your glasses. Explains everything about the glasses, how your insurance works, and how costs are determined., and your RX. I went based on the reviews I read and I was not disappointed. Highly recommended!

My review is in regards to a great customer service I've received from Carl and Barbara at the Kearny store. Bought my son's and myself glasses there last year, this year due to a change of doctors I went to a different place in the neighborhood and saw the difference.
Went back to have my son's glasses adjusted there and they never asked me if it was bought at the store. They adjusted and cleaned, no questions asked and treated me with respect, profissionalism and a great attitude. We need more people like Carl and Barbara to work with customers. Pearle Vision, you have the best team at Kearny store.

First Class service --- I had tried several optometrists before Dr. Chen and cannot recommend him enough - they are extremely efficient and their staffs are delightful and helpful.
Dr. Chen got me in for an appointment within minutes after an emergency. The doctor is very caring and takes his time with you and is willing to answer any questions you may have about your eyes. He is a true professional! Not only did he provide high quality office care, but also called me to check on my condition until my follow-up. It is rare to find such a committed doctor in any practice!
