Rude rude rude. Cars look like death traps and they charge an arm and a leg! They need to be put out of business.

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS CAR SERVICE FOR OVER 5 YEARS NOW. I HAVE HAD GREAT SERVICE WITH PROMPT & FRIENDLY DRIVERS & DISPATCHERS

They are rude to begin with. Car never arrives at the time the always say. I wonder if they can be reported bacuse the dispatcher cursed at me and my husband

what i understand that the night dispatcher was fired

I called pdq EARLY on friday evening, was told the car would be there in 5 mintes. 30 minutes later i called to find out where the car was he said give him 2 minutes, another 30 minutes pass and finally the car shows up wit 2 people and a child in the car, he told me to sit in the back and my friend in the front. I turned him down and called the dispatcher to complain, he hung up on me when i told him i denied the car he sent. I called back to tell him I wouldnt be using them again and he YELLED "you'll never get a cab from here again, and if you call back I'll slice your throat''..these are exact words! I called the police and made a police report and also called 311 to report the car service. NEVER USE THIS CAR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
