Sergio is great. We were really worried about losing our data. Sergio took the time to explain the possible causes of the dammage and offer reasonable alternatives. He is very kind and most important efficient. Great service within less than 24 hours.

I took my macbook pro to the mac store because i had an accidental spill. I was very disappointed i might add, after all, i spent over 2000 dollars. I was upset to hear that my mac had to have the motherboard replaced and that it would cost me well over 1000 dollars!!!.
I saw no end to this until I came across bnytech... I was kind of skeptical at first but i had nothing to lose so i decided to give these guys a shot. IMPRESSED. Not only was well under $500 dollars and they had it ready in 1 days... Since then, i have referred all my friends and family....Love these guys and would recommend to everyone else who has a laptop problem.....Very happy customer.

My Macbook went down. A friend recommended PCMACMD, and I've now found my computer "go-to guy". Sergio diagnosed and corrected the problems, recovered all the data I thought had been lost, and gave me tips on how to avoid these and other problems in the future. The fees are flat rate and very reasonable and affordable. Sergio gave me quotes before beginning the work, and the final bill was exactly what he quoted, with no unpleasant "sticker shock" surprises padding the bill. I am extremely satisfied with PCMACMD, I wont go anywhere else for computer repairs, and I've recommended PCMACMD to all my friends.
