PC Dudes

It was great!
My main desktop computer had a few Trojans on it, the PC Dudes pulled those off as they rolled theres on, punched me into the desk and split-roasted me until me and my hard drive was full of their bloatware. Even the janitor helped out!

Whats the point of having a store phone number if these guys don't pick it up? And yes, I called during business hours.

I went in for a fix to my email and when I got home, I saw that Gideon the owner had fun looking at all my personal word and excel documents. He opened every personal document I had in my documents. What a violation of my privacy and he wasnt even smart enough to back track and hide his actions.

I had to write a review. This place has been one of the best businesses I have ever dealt with. And I wish it many more success. Everyone who enters this place must have some kind of stress, whether its computers, hard drives, or cable issues. My issue was big in my mind, but when I walked in I felt a sense of calm, by the soft calming music, and the employee/manager's calm approach that allowed me to stay calm and state my problem. He knew exactly how to help me and didn't over charge me or take advantage of me. He made my problem so simple and gave me exactly what I needed to help my situation.. Saving me $100. I am very happy and will be going here from now on. Excellent quality and professional.
