If you really care about your case and hope to obtain residency, stay AWAY from this lawyer. Lawyer Payne does not care about you and will try to squeeze the last penny out of you, I had gone to him for my immigration case during 2011 in hope of obtaining a green card being here 20 + years. He ruined my case because of inconsistencies in court Not only did he fail to correctly write down the details of my case, he also failed to follow up on my court case. You have no idea how much i regretted coming to this lawyer, I think about how he messed up my case everyday. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND A LAWYER THAT ACTUALLY CARES.
