Worst experience ever. Brought a shirt with stains on it and pointed out the stains to an employees who put little stain stickers on it. When I go to pick the shirt up the stains are still there and there is lint all over the shirt. there is a different worker there presumably the owner who says that is impossible that his other employee would have put stickers on it and that the shirt should have been dry cleaned. I asked if it needed to be dry cleaned with those stains why the employee didn't tell me at the time to dry clean it. He says she did not see this stains and did not put stickers on it. I asked if he thinks that I'm lying to him about the stickers he says no but he says that it's impossible for the other employee who is not present to put the stickers on it. wants me to come back three days later for him to remove the lint that shouldn't have been on the shirt to begin with when picking up a cleaned shirt.
I told him he was going to be losing my business because of his attitude and treatment. he tells me he has 35 other stores and doesn't need my business
