Me and My Wife had sum beautiful times thr tha atmosphere was Warm

First of all I would have to say that it's amazing how I literally live down the block from this place LITERALLY and the food took almost an hr to get here and the food was EXTREMELY COLD . I ordered French toast with eggs and it was so nasty bc it was so cold! My entire order was $32! I ordered fries they put in a container and they took so long that my fries were soggy and wet and cold! I'm very upset I just spent $32 on something so nasty and cold!! Never again!

This was my first time here. My husband and I were in the mood for a burger and fries. Went for lunch around 1pm on a beautiful sunny day. When I received my platter I did not stack the lettuce and tomato on the burger instead decided to eat it as a salad. Glad I did, because I ended up finding a ROACH next to the tomato. If I had piled it on the burger never would have found it! My husband's burger platter was fine.

The asst mgr explained that the exterminator was there the night before but assured me their kitchen was clean. She invited me to go see and inspect for myself. I politely declined. They also asked if I wanted to order anything else I also politely declined. I said I was in too much shock to feel comfortable ordering anything else from them. She understood and off I went.

So, to say the least...I WILL NOT BE EATING THERE AGAIN. If I could give it Zero stars due to how gross of an experience it was, I would. Eat here at your own risk folks.

Went for breakfast with co-workers & there was an almond size insect in the western omelette. Could be an isolated incident but I'll never eat there again!

Horrible customer service. Called to place an order for pick up and was placed on hold for five minutes so I hung up and placed another call and explained what had just happened, received no apology. Right before I tried placing my order once again was placed on hold for a second time so decided to just get my breakfast from el valle located on south Broadway, fast service awesome food and great customer service.
