Awful service. My dog went and within the same day became infected from their groomer mishandling my dog. I called and tried to get the groomer to talk to me and I never was able to talk to the groomer but was relegated to the receptionist. I was told the groomer would call me to discuss and they never did. They do not want to take responsibility for injuring and infecting my dog who has never had any issues until now.

Our Zachary had his first visit a few weeks ago and they were really good. The staff was attentive to our needy pooch, kept us posted on his activities and he seemed to adjust to them quickly. Great to have an available (and affordable) service in the neighborhood.
