Terrible customer service! My clothes were lost or given away to the wrong person...who knows because none of the employees will take responsibility. They lost hundreds of dollars worth of clothes and tried to refund me the $25 I paid for the initial "wash and fold" service. I went to speak to the manager Stephanie, who left before I got there. Didn't have the courtesy to call and let me know she would be leaving, let alone contact me regarding the matter at all. I called today and left a message asking the owner, Paulie to contact me. Three hours later I still didn't hear from him, so I called back. Surprisingly enough he answered. As I began to explain my situation to him, he was not sympathetic at all nor did he own up to the fact that one of his employees made an error by giving away my clothes. He then told me it was my responsibility to provide a detail inventory of the clothing I drop off. I have been using wash and fold services for years and NEVER heard of this policy. I asked him is this was policy at his establishment, then why didn't his employees ask to me provide said inventory of clothes. He hung up on me.
This establishment is highly unprofessional and I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau.
So not only is the establishment unprofessional, they are liars. I did not hang up on Paulie, he hung up on me. Nor was I rude or demanding. The attendants NEVER asked for inventory of clothing for WASH and FOLD services. This was NOT dry cleaning services. Paulie and his manager Stephanie are unprofessional as neither one of them has spoken to me directly during this whole ordeal. Instead, they decide to twist the story on Google. I never name called. I just want fair compensation for this huge error.
