I gave them a pair of Red Wing work boots to repair,,they needed new soles and heels.These boots cost 250.00,and the outside of the boots were starting to wear a little.,one boot even had a hole showing the steel toe.I was amazed when I went to pick them up.They did a fantastic job on the soles,and they patched the hole in the front,and also conditioned the boots with sealer.I HIGHLY reccomend Paul's Shoe Repair to everyone in the area.The price was very fair,and they are great people who know how to treat their customers.... I brought a boot in to get repaired because the sole was separating from the rest of the boot. An easy fix. The price was very reasonable but when I came back to pick up my boot I could see that the work was sloppy. There was glue all over the front of my boot. If I had the right materials I probably could have done a better job myself. Plus, I could barely understand the man in the shop due to his accent. Not sure if I would go back.

Great Work and reasonably priced. I appreciate the passion they have for their business. My shoes have never been bad enough for a scolding but they always come back like new!!

The work is ok, but the service is not comfortable. I know several other people who are similarly badgered about the condition of their shoes when they bring their footwear in and are seeking rehabilitation. Granted that the man knows what he is doing, he has a thick foreign accent and treats your shoes as children that you've abused and scolds you for it. Must be odd for business. If you snap back and aren't timid, you will save some money here. Be quick witted; it's not what you expect from a shoe repair shop.
