I live in Parsippany and purchased appliances from Paul's Appliances in the past always a great experience, when our dish washer went bad in a rush my wife went to a appliance store in Fairfield they were nice until a little problem with the installation occurred then they became pretty nasty so now when our oven and also the microwave went bad one week before thanksgiving day I thought of Paul's again.
Purchased both items and they were both installed the Tuesday before Thanksgiving day, we are very pleased with the all transaction, including the installation they went over and above their duty to please us, our sales rep was Joe and he treated us like family.
Its nice to deal with people that care about their customers.

I will NEVER go to Paul's again. They sent a "contractor" to the house to measure the air conditioner that is in the wall that died. The guy came and measured, we went back to the store to pay for everything up front and had to wait 2 days to get it installed. A different guy comes to install the air conditioner only to find out that the guy who measured it measured wrong and now they don't have one that they can get to us. When I called Paul's back and spoke to Joe he said he wasn't sure what he could do and when I asked about crediting my credit card he says oh... umm. I guess I could probably do that. Why would he expect me not to ask for a refund?? Never again

My building recommended using Paul's Appliances for buying and installing air conditioning units. The installer, to whom I paid an installation fee above the cost of the A/C units, simply propped the A/C units on top of the existing radiators and made limited efforts to actually install the units. This happened in November, when no one uses A/C. In June, I had radiator covers installed. The Super and handyman of the building came up to inspect the A/C installation and make sure they had maintenance access to the A/C units. They discovered the faulty installation and re-did the entire installation, for which I paid them. Paul's refunded about half of the installation fee, complaining that I should have notified them sooner (when I have no knowledge of how to install anything and had no reasonable basis to suspect anything was wrong) AND given them the chance to re-install the A/C units (there were 5 workmen waiting, so that was not a reasonable solution, either.)

Purchased several appliances here over the years. Never had any issues, delivery is always quick and prices always competitive.

My wife found Paul's and we furnished our new kitchen with high end product. We live some distance away and Dominic gave us terrific prices. He had all the high end stuff my wife wanted except for the oven and cooktop, which he arranged to get for us. The delivery and after sale service have been excellent. We refer everyone we know as does the guy who built and installed our cabinets. Dominic's probably sold over 50 kitchens' worth of appliances due to our referrals. You don't need to go anywhere else for kitchen appliances.
