I recently leased a 328XI model from Paul Miller and found that the experience was exceptional in every way. The sales personnel were very competent, patient, and made the ordering process easy so that I could get the exact car that I wanted. Time was provided to learn about the new features of the car. I highly recommend Paul Miller and will return in the future.

Bought my car here, but would not recommend them at all! They repeatedly refused to replace the brake pads, offered instead to shave them!. As soon as I went to Tenafly BMW they serviced the car and replaced the brake pads! I can finally drive my car without worrying or listening to squealing every time I apply the brakes. Paul Miller was dismissive and wanted me to continue to drive with bad brakes.

Customer service is what they are known for and I will agree 100% with that. My wife and I recently finished up a lease agreement with them and from the beginning the entire process was nothing short of outstanding. From the sales team to the service team you are treated like an individual rather than a number. Any issues that come up are handled immediately and with a tremendous amount of professionalism. Toward the end of our lease agreement I was introduced to Mr. Jim Ott and I can now understand why this company is so successful. I thank the entire BMW team for the experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for not only an amazing vehichle but more importantly a team that you can trust.

Show room was clean and impressive. Staff very attentive. Sales person, Chris Wever, was excellent, asked the right questions and had all answers to mine. Not pushy, which made him very personable and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend you seek him out during your visit as you will get clear and straight forward answers.

Had a check engine light go on in my new X3. I was upset and concerned and drove it over to the dealership without an appointment. They were very attentive and helpful. They even managed to find me a loaner car so that I could get to work. It turned out to be a loose gas cap that was leaking air in, but there would be no way to be certain without running the diagnostic. Thank goodness, no big deal. They have a great team there and I can't wait to see them all again, but for only for my next scheduled visit.
